Our Story
Born from a lifelong devotion to extraordinary coffee, Lumière Café was founded with a singular vision: to transform the daily ritual into a profound sensory experience that lingers long after the last drop.
We source exclusively from single-origin micro-estates, travelling twice yearly to Ethiopia, Colombia, and Japan to forge direct relationships with the farmers who share our relentless commitment to quality, traceability, and craft.

Our master roaster profiles each micro-lot by hand using a vintage 1974 drum roaster, unlocking unparalleled depth and clarity of flavour.
Designed by award-winning studio Atelier Blanc, our space marries Haussmanian architecture with warm, contemporary minimalism.
